So when he says that, a thing kind of clicks in our head that we've got to come out and play a lot harder than what we did in the first half if we want to win. "When you go in at halftime, you've just confident that you're going to come out the same way you did in the first half, or even better," Macon said. You've got to just leave it all out on the floor. "It's like a whole new season," Macon said. Macon talked about the close loss to North Carolina and how maybe it has helped this year. I just think he embodies the right thing now and it’s refreshing to see." And I think it worked to help our basketball team and to make him a better player and a better person. This year I had to do some juggling to get him to play at a high level and take some of the pressures away. "You look at his season, he’s a guy that obviously last year he played well. A lot of it is just getting comfortable within your own skin and your role on this basketball team. And what you just talked about bringing guys out of their shell. Sometimes you talk about being a leader, there are a lot of different things you can talk about leading a team. I felt more comfortable coming into the season knowing what we had. "At the beginning of the year I talked about being comfortable with these guys. "I see a maturity about this team," Anderson said. Macon has an outgoing personality that Anderson feels has been a definite plus to this team.
